question
What do I need to power this with V-Mounts?
The Lowel Anton Bauer D-Tap Cable (5') B&H # LOBL83 would allow you to connect either a V mount battery or Gold Mount battery via the power tap connection on them to the Blender LED light.

question
Is there a battery pack for Lowel Blender LED Fixture (120-240V/12VDC). how can I set it up to run off a battery?
I believe they sell the battery sled for it separately. It runs off of a number of different camera batteries depending on what kind you prefer. Make sure you buy the right battery sled for the type of battery you want to run. For example, I had spare Canon DSLR batteries so I got the Canon-compatible battery sled. The way it works is instead of plugging the normal power cable into the back of the light, you plug in the battery powered cable and it runs the light that way.

question
What is the Blender's tungsten wattage equivalent? (i.e what does 56watts of LED look like? a 200W, 250W, 300W, etc. tungsten fixture? What is its CRI?
LED lights are not rated in watts are rated in Lumens or Lux. There is no math conversion to watts. One of the big differences in LED lights is that it has a much shorter throw of light compared to quartz lights that are rated in watts. This link is direct to Lowel and it has a chart that displays how the light looses output by distance, http://bit.ly/1DfssSC.The CRI is listed as 90+ on the Lowel Blender.
