Lorex 8-Channel LH010 ECO BLACKBOX Series Security Camera System

The 8-Channel LH010 ECO BLACKBOX Series Security Camera System by Lorex features a 500GB DVR and eight day/night security cameras. It's designed for small business or home ownership needs.

It also features the ability to check your security system with a smartphone, tablet or remote PC. The CVC6930PK4B cameras are all-purpose weather-resistant IP66 rated. They offer true day/night operation using a built-in IR filter changeable mechanism. The cameras also switch to day/night mode when in low-light conditions and uses 18 semi-hidden IR LEDs to provide a night vision range of up to 40'. The IR LEDs do not glow red so that they are harder to see in the dark.

The DVR features 8 channels, one for each of the included cameras. It offers real time recording at 360 x 240 resolution. It also features RS485 support for PTZ cameras, instant mobile viewing on smartphones and tablets and instant email alerts with a snap shot attachment for alarm and trigger events.

In order to make connections easier, the unit also offers PC and Mac compatibility with Internet Explorer and Safari browsers, and includes a free Lorex DDNS (Dynamic Domain Name Service) for advanced remote connectivity. Lorex also provides their own Easy Connect Internet Setup Wizard. The 500GB SATA hard drive can hold more stored video thanks to the automatic H.264 compression. There's also a USB port for flash drive upgrades and backup, and the unit can be network connected via the RJ-45 10/100 base TX jack.
