I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of this item. It is a heavy-duty professional connector that locks securely on both ends. I use it to connect speaker cables and have no doubt that the connection is protected and secure.

Will this adapter work for speaker cable? Wanting to use this with an attenuator between guitars amps and speakers.Thanks, Mike
Yes. It will work fine up to 100 watts, maybe more. I use it to patch speaker cables in my repair shop all the time with no problems.
