Neutrik NA3MJ Reviews
The perfect adapter for everything!!!
B&H was great... but no longer.
I placed this order when I was permitted to do so as a guest. It seems that B&H is no longer permitting purchases without creating an account. I don't like becoming the commodity that is being sold... so, no more. I'm divorcing B&H. After thousands of dollars in transactions. it's over.
Very well made and works great
This is not a very complex device to write a big review on, but it is well made and works great. The Sound Devices MixPre-3 I just got from B&H does not have the combo XLR inputs, so I got a couple of these just in case someone hands me a 1/4 jack instead of an XLR cable.
Cable emergency kit
I keep a set of TRS to XLR adapters on hand to cover last-minute cable snafus on a gig. There's always a cable or adapter that's noisy, broken or missing. With a set of these, I can substitute TRS and XLR cables with any combination of M/F ends. My kit consists of one each: NA3FP (FXLR to MTRS), NA3MP (MXLR to MTRS), NA3FJ (FXLR to FTRS) and NA3MJ (MXLR to FTRS). These Neutrik items are high quality, solid construction and fit perfectly.
I would buy this product again !
Works perfectly for adapting balanced cables to TRS / Stereo.
Nice little piece of hardware
I have XLR connections on my mixer, and a couple of nice TRS male-male cables. Buying two of these guys was cheaper than two new 25' XLR-TRS cables. I'm quite pleased. They're well constructed, fit tightly, lock securely on both ends (I like the latch that they has for the TRS end - this is something I didn't see on other manufacturers' versions). Sound is dead quiet. Overall, I'm very happy with the purchase.
Always have these around
This tool is essential to always have around to seamlessly turn any ts or trs cable into an XLR cable.
