Neutrik developed the screw-less XLR connector which was such a welcome improvement in professional sound. This connector utilizes a similar strain-relief and it's made in Lichtenstein! Had to replace the 1/4 TRS on classic AKG240 headphones; this was a no-brainer for plugging directly into a mating 3.5mm jack with minimal stress to any part. Tabs take solder well to complete the ultra-reliable termination that should last a very long time.

First time ever soldering, but it was relatively simple to solder. I used it to repair the headphone jack on my ATH-M30X headphones.
