The IL-LEVEL-IT 1-Channel Inline Balanced Audio Volume Control from Sescom features a level knob and an in-line XLR male to XLR female adapter, allowing in-line control of the audio level. This volume control is suitable for line level signals only. Fast installation is possible, and it features a sizeable level knob with indicated clock-positions for repeatability for desired levels. Mounted to a durable, ABS plastic injection-molded housing with both a male and female XLR, the LEVEL-IT is ready for direct input into audio equipment. I'm from the UK. Needed an in-line, XLR volume control for my new Laney Ironheart guitar amp. Essential for controlling the volume into my 'DAW'. Does this pass or block phantom power?
The IL-LEVEL-IT 1 does block phantom power. This device is intended for line level signals only. The LEVEL-IT is not to be used with mic level signal's.
