The kind of handles you can use all day with comfort and they are rather stylish. Very expensive for what they are but I have the feeling they'll last for a very long time.

The Wooden Camera WC-150900 Rosette Hand Grip (Black Rubber, ARRI) (B&H# WO150900) rubber grip could be forcibly removed from the metal rod, need be, but it would likely be damaged. Yes, but you might have to open the hex screws and turn it, depending on if you are attaching it on your left or right rosette. The curved part towards your palm/wrist and the straight part for your fingers to grip.Hope it helped.
