Can I use 18650 battery instead of 2 cr123a on this flashlight ?

Unfortunately not. The flashlight runs on two 123A Batteries.

What is max output 600 or 800 lumens ?

Slight correction their Yaakov. The SureFire G2X Tactical (G2X-C-BK) is 600 lumens, 1.5-hour runtime, 613-foot beam. The SureFire G2X MaxVision (G2X MV) is 800 lumens, with a 377-foot beam. The main difference is that the G2X-MV SureFire MaxVision is a broadcast or wider beam vs. a more narrow or focused beam on this light, the G2X-C-BK. Retail consumers typically mistake higher lumens for a longer reaching beam. To net this out, if prospective buyers are looking for a farther reaching (longer) beam, this would be the better option, the SureFire G2X Tactical G2X-C-BK.
