The MKZ7 Coiled Power Cable is a coiled power cable used for connecting your QB1 and QB1+ Compact Quantum batteries to a speedlight. This connection is made via the battery compartment in the speedlight. This system provides thousands of extra flashes for your speedlight.

I really wanted this to work in my nikon sb700, but good luck trying to get it into place. the battery compartment door will have to remain open all the time, and you cannot close it with the wire sticking out. it is impossible to install properly, and once you get it in, you may never get it out without damage. it does not come with installation instructions. there is nothing to indicate how to put it in properly. they say you can use velcro to help to partially close the door. there is no youtube video available about installation.
When I order from B & H I know I'll get a quality product.
