Yes, it will fit your 35mm Summicron. You can confirm the filter size on any Leica lens by looking at the front of the lens and locating the "E" letter followed by a number which is the filter diameter which in this case would be E39.

Yes. Any lens that accepts 39E filters. I find a slight clockwise twist after releasing locking tabs snugs up very slightly.
