Can you tell me the weight of this lens with and without the servo?

The total weight of the Fujinon ZK19-90mm T2.9 Cabrio Lens (PL Mount) 8lbs and and the servo is about 1lb in weight added. Without the hand unit the lens would be about 7lbs.

question

How do you calibrate the servo to the lens?
Asked by: Anonymous
With this lens and it's motor, there is no calibration needed for it's intended ENG style of use. Even in remote use, it is expected that you are looking at a monitor and zooming in or out. Once the motor hits it's stops, there is a clutch that disengages so there is no harm to the mechanism. If you are intending to use it in a cinema style production, you would remove the motor and substitute another set up such as a Cinegears or Preston motors. That equipment does require calibration.

Is there a matte box with top flag that would fit onto this lens (rather than using a rod mounted MB)?
Asked by: Daniel
The front diameter of the Fujinon ZK19-90mm T2.9 Cabrio Lens is 114mm and there are many clamp on Matte box options that would work with this lens. A good option to consider would be Bright Tangerine Misfit Kick 2-Stage Matte Box 114mm Clamp-On Kit BH #BRMFK2S114CA https://bhpho.to/3R4zVgN
