The Relay G55 Digital Wireless Guitar System from Line 6 is a fully FCC compliant, worldwide license free wireless guitar system. Designed to free guitarists from running cables between their instrument and their amplifier, the G55 provides 12 channels of 24 bit audio with a 300' range. The 2.4 GHz ISM band broadcasts well outside of the range of television and radio frequencies, preventing common interference and resulting in a stronger signal to the G55 receiver.
The two AA battery operated TBP12 bodypack transmitter connects to your instrument's 1/4" TS output using the included TA4 to 1/4" guitar cable adapter. The G55 operates by tuning the receiver and TBP12 transmitter to the same channel. Five segment LED displays on the receiver's front panel clearly display audio level, battery life, and RF frequency strength. An optional rack mount kit allows the G55 receiver to be mounted in a ½ unit rack space.
