Sony SVS13127PXB Overview

The Sony VAIO S Series 13 SVS13127PXB 13.3" Laptop Computer features a sleek, full-flat design with a magnesium alloy lid for mobility. With a large clickable touchpad and a backlit keyboard, you'll be able to move the cursor and type with ease. The system is also loaded with Sony's Media Apps, which allow you to access your music, photos and videos as well as your social networks across all Sony devices.

The system is powered by a dual-core Ivy Bridge 2.9GHz Intel Core i7-3520M processor. It also has 8GB of 1333MHz DDR3 RAM, a 750GB 7200rpm hard drive, a slot-loading SuperMulti DVD burner, a 2-in-1 media card reader, 10/100/1000Mbps Gigabit Ethernet, 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.0, an integrated webcam and microphone. There are also built-in stereo speakers with Intel High Definition Audio and Dolby Home Theater v4 technology.

Windows 8 Pro (64-bit) is the installed operating system. Windows 8 Pro introduces a redesigned Start screen featuring tiles. Tiles are icons that can be resized and reorganized at your preference. The tiles provide real-time information and up-to-date notifications. Windows 8 Pro also focuses on cloud storage. With a Microsoft account, you can sign into other Windows 8 devices and all your preferences and settings will automatically upload from the cloud. Windows 8 Pro also features the Windows Store, where you can download apps.
