It quickly retracts from its maximum height down to only 23.37" in seconds thanks to its quick flip leg locks. An adjustable wrist strap secures the monopod while you grasp the comfortable foam grip. An included carabiner allows you to secure the AM-364 to your belt or backpack for walking or climbing. The 1/4"-20 mounting screw is convertible to 1/8".
