The Lenspen SensorKlear Loupe Kit contains three separate tools to help ensure the sensor of your DSLR camera stays clean and free of image-degrading dust. The SensorKlear Loupe provides a magnified view of your sensor and enables you to detect if and where the dust is on your sensor. The Hurricane Blower permits quick and easy removal of dry dust by simply blowing it off. The SensorKlear II pen permits more critical dust removal for sticky dust and more difficult particles.

Includes loupe, blower, and pen to help identify and remove all types of dust from image sensor.
Used by NASA for use on International Space Station.

SensorKlear Loupe Kit is rated 4.2 out of 5 by 89.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from This took the fear out of a scary job. So that's what my sensor looks like! And look at all that dust and stuff. I'm a careful guy when I change lenses because I don't want anything to come floating into my cameras. I was noticing one blurry dark dot in the same place on every image. I did everything the way the manual indicated to get rid of foreign matter inside the camera...Except get near or touch the dreaded sensor. That's exactly where that spot sat. So I checked out the SensorKlear Loupe Kit...It seemed ok and I bought it. It made my fear of my sensor cleaning task go away. I got rid of the particle and a few other stringy things and my photos are now clean.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from so-os Ok, so first of all, it did help a lot... but I had to work a bit harder than the description and the demo imply; mainly for two reasons: 1) The adjustment range of the loupe is not sufficient for use on my NEX cameras. This was solved by mounting one of my legacy lens adapters. With that in the path, I was able to bring the NEX sensor into good focus. 2) The pen device does loosen and pick up stubborn particles, but it seemed to leave behind a very very find dust. Fortunately this was easily removed with another brush (BrushOff). So, did it help? Absolutely, but alone it was inadequate. If you get this, also get a good, basic, brush.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Expect too much, resulted is worst than I thought 1. I never can focus clear to the sensor surface (tried all adjusting length) on my Sony A7ii, have to hold up the lens in the air and clean my sensor. 2. After I touched the sensor surface with the tip of the cleaning pen, surprised. The tip of the pen is dusty than my original sensor, have to use the blower to blown off all the left behind dust particles. Not a happy experience

Rated 4 out of 5 by from no more fear I was looking at some of my pictures from a recent trip and found a little round dot in the same place in every picture that was showing the sky and realized it was dust....I guess I've been lucky during the 10 years I've been using dslr cameras because this has never happened before....I read manuals and watched youtube videos about cleaning sensors and decided to order this kit......it worked very well on my sony a700 and a850......the dust was easily seen on the 700 and there were even a few small pieces of dust not showing up in pictures......the sensor filter flexes a little when you apply the lenspen and you have to use it a few times kind of moving it in little circles to get the dust to stick and come off and blow it off between uses......I had some trouble getting a good adjustment on the loupe for the a 850 however but got all the tiny particles off the sensor after a few tries.......all in all and excellent kit and I would recommend it

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great kit, ok sensor cleaner I have tried a lot of different sensor cleaning products and not a single one will do it all. This is a really nice kit which allows you to see all of the dust particles on the sensor. The blower works just as advertised and takes care of most of large stuff. The sticky dust particles need a little bit more work. The sensor cleaning tool is great for removing the remaining dust particles. Unfortunately it leaves its own particles on the sensor. It is a very frustrating tool to use. You do what you can with it and then use the blower to remove anything left. I had to repeat the process several times before giving up and using another sensor cleaner to remove the remaining particles. Over all I would say this kit does the job well, it just doesn't do everything.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Bad, But Can Use a Number of Improvements All my cameras are either mirrorless or SLT, therefore the distance for focus with the Lenspen system is off as it is designed for a sensor at the back of the mirror box on SLR's. I didn't see that this couldn't be used for mirrorless or that there was a special model for cleaning mirrorless. So, when I received the product I set the scope at the highest level, then used my fingers to brace it up a bit higher until the sensor on my Sony A7 was in focus. Now, the scope wasn't the worst issue in my experience. The Lenspen cleaner actually deposited fine dust on my sensor! I read where this happened with at least one other user here, but didn't believe it until it happened to me. My best guess is that the fine particulates are a by-product of manufacturing the Lenspen. I used compressed air to blow it off several times and most of the problem went away. At any rate, Lenspen should really pay attention to this in their manufacturing process. You don't provide even more debris to introduce onto a sensor than is already there!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great kit! I had previously had a SensorKlear pen and used it to clean my camera's sensor. It worked well, but I couldn't see the sensor very sell and so had to keep taking pictures of a blank wall, uploading the memory card to see if there were any dust spots left and then going back and cleaning some more. I needed a new pen as somehow the cap had been left off my old one and I was afraid that it had dried up or become dirty. I ordered this kit. Now I'm glad I couldn't use the old one! The loupe makes a big difference. I could see the dust on the sensor and easily use the pen to pick it up. The bulb helped to blow off any loose dust before I used the pen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Sensor Cleaner I purchased the LensPen SensorKlear on recommendation from a pro at NANPA. I find that it is much faster and more accurate at cleaning the sensor than using the traditional swab. You can actually see the dirt and with the special cleaning tool, remove it. I've found in the past that sometimes you just move the dust around with a swab and push it into the corners but not really remove it. Very, very effective tool and relatively compact to carry. You also don't have to continuously make shots of the sky as you work through the cleaning. The cleaning tool is a bit tricky to use as it is angled and requires a steady hand. But the cleaning results are wonderful.
