The Benro QR6 Slide-In Video Quick Release Plate is a 3.62" long sliding quick release plate for the Benro S4 and S6 fluid heads. It is also compatible with heads that use the RC5 (Rapid Connect) quick-release system such as the Manfrotto 501 fluid head. The plate includes one 1/4"-20 camera tie-down screw, and features a spring-loaded locating pin.

Will this fit onto Miller Versa (Manfrotto) and 3Legged cine-V (also Manfrotto). If not, any recommendation - as short as possible, for use with tiny Sony FX30?
The Benro QR6 Slide-In Video Quick Release Plate is a duplicate of the Manfrotto 501. It is designed to fit in any tripod head that takes the Manfrotto 501.

Which 3/8 screw can I use with this head?
Benro does not list a 3/8 -16 screw for sale. Here is a 3/8 -16 screw from another manufacturer therefore compatibility is not guaranteed unfortunately. Alan Gordon Enterprises 3/8 -16 Camera Mounting Screw B&H # ALSSCS3816.

Sorry got sent before I was ready, yes for the exact size no if the size bevel is different. Benro plates and manfrotto are swaps by size
