The Mackie S512 - 12" Two-Way Passive Loudspeaker provides both professional-level power handling and sonic performance. The S512's wood enclosure provides excellent response and extended low-frequency output without rattle or vibration. Substantial internal bracing provides a rigid enclosure, also reducing unwanted vibration. The entire acoustic chamber is air-displaced with adiabatic acoustic batting, dampening the internal midrange reflections so they can't bleed back through the LF transducer cone. This, along with LF porting, allows the Mackie S512 to deliver huge sound in a compact design.
