Both wheels are not rubber. It's very hard, like metal. I'm afraid these wheels will scratch my lens.
Limited Downward Vertical Movement

Don't buy this Y support. This is a poor design. Because, it has limited vertical movement in the downward direction. Instead, buy the Telephoto Long Lens Support Sunwayfoto Y Yoke Telephoto YLS-02B. The YLS-02B yoke can be adjusted farther in the downward direction. This is especially important when a Y support is used in a small quick release clamp. Same price. Same large support wheels.

To which Sunwayfoto rails will this Y-Type Lens Support attach?
I am using the Sunwayfoto DPG-3016R Double Dovetail Macro Rail with the Y support. If you are using it with the Canon 600mm f/4 IS II lens, you will need to purchase a 1/4-20 set screw separately in order for it to fit properly on the Canon 600mm lens foot.
