The Prodigy Flat Flash Diffuser from Graslon is an optical reflector system that redistributes the light before sending it through the diffusion lens. This softens edges, reduces nasty shadows, and helps to create a much more natural and beautiful picture.
The Graslon Prodigy has rigid sliding-and-locking mounting brackets that securely fit nearly all Canon, Nikon, Sony, Metz, Olympus, Pentax, Sigma flashes, among many others. With no need for adhesives, the brackets and hook & loop tightening strap allow for a secure yet quickly removable mount.
This Prodigy comes with a flat front diffuser but is compatible with either the Graslon dome or flat diffusers. The flat diffuser is designed to be a more directional source of light to fill-in when shooting outdoors or wherever you cannot bounce the light. The dome diffuser spreads the light out and takes advantage of bouncing the light off walls and ceilings when available. Should you want both diffusers, the opposite is available and sold separately.
