The Limelite Comodo Pro Camera Support System is a robust and versatile DSLR and video camera support rig designed by working closely with photography and video creatives to develop a reliable, scalable unit that meets the exacting high standards demanded in professional production today and at the same time remaining simple and intuitive to use.
This camera support system comprises the Comodo Follow Focus System, a crossbar adapter, a camera mount and plate, an LCD attachment adapter and arm. This Pro Kit also includes a wide-screen matte box, 13.8" (35cm) Front Crossbar, 2.2 lb (1kg) counterweight, counterweight Mount, a shoulder pad, and a flight case in addition to 8.3" (21cm) carbon-fiber rods, 10.6" (27cm) carbon-fiber rods, 19.6" (50cm) carbon-fiber rods, cage U Bar, and comfort grip handles (one pair each).
This rig system is modular and allows you to quickly add or remove components based on your shooting requirements. The follow focus system allows you to zoom in or out without disturbing the positioning of the camera. Built to last, the dual rail system and mounting brackets are constructed from heavy-duty, yet lightweight, aluminum and carbon fiber, which makes them rugged and ready for use in tough and testing conditions.
The camera mount and plate can be used to mount an HD-DSLR or video camera to the Comodo Camera Support System. The LCD Attachment Adapter allows attaching an LCD screen to any of the rods included with the system.
With the offset shoulder pad, the assembled system works as a bridge between the Comodo Go and Pro Camera Support Systems. The Fitted Flight Case for Pro Shoulder Rig is constructed from aluminum and is custom fitted to house the shoulder rig. Its custom cut compartments will accept the Pro rig, either fully or partially disassembled, so that with each compartment filled, it allows for quick and easy check that all the components have been safely accommodated and accounted for.
