The Ikan Sony L-Series Battery Top-Mount for Blackmagic Cinema Camera allows you to mount a Sony L-series type battery to the 1/4"-20 sockets on top of the BMCC. This enables you to shoot for a longer period, or to record even after the internal camera battery is depleted. The lightweight Battery Top-Mount converts the Sony L-series type battery to the 12V output the BMCC requires.
