I love the 1x4 from profoto, i have used the bigger soft boxes but the 1x4 is nice. Since receiving them i have shot portraits and products and in both cases the soft boxes was great. When i got my shipment, I was suppose to receive two 1x4 boxes but I only got one. I called customer service and they when to work on getting me the other one. It's nice to know that you can still git great service and great products. Keep up the great work B&H....
its simply the best for my use but they break down quickly at the corners where the rods go in, I wish they just reinforced this area
