Is there a trick to breaking this thing down? I feel I procrastinate trying to pull the rods out of this as it takes super human strength and finger muscles like Arnold's biceps. I've searched for videos but nothing yet. I'd love it if someone had an easy way here.
Asked by: Timothy
You need to pull the rod straight out. If you have it under tension against the front edge of the ring it will be very difficult to remove.

question

Would this speedring fit the 4' RFi Octobox? I assume yes, but this one is missing from the specs section as one of the supported modifiers. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1085530-REG/profoto_254715_rfi_octa_softbox_4.html
Asked by: Ray L.
Thanks for all the answers! I was slightly confused because in the Product Specs for this speedring, it lists all the softboxes except the 4' RFi Octobox, so just checking to make sure this wasn't specifically excluded for some reason. I'm guessing it was omitted from the list because it is a newer product. Thanks again!
