Clamping device has changed.

The original clamping device was a compression ring. That has been replaced by a brass binding screw. The inside diameter of the counterweight is slightly larger than the original to accommodate the slightly larger diameter stainless counterweight shaft. This makes backward-compatibility bothersome. iOptron sells good products. I have no complaints other than the occasional issues such as this.
