The rack-mountable Technical Pro AX5000 2-Channel Power Amplifier is capable of 350-watts of output at eight ohms with 5000-watts of peak output. It features two-channels of inputs and outputs, can play MP3s off of a flash drive or SD card, and has a three-band EQ for each channel. The AX5000 can be used to power studio monitors, a small stage or club sound system, or a mobile DJ rig.
A front panel SD card slot and USB flash drive input allows playback of MP3s in standard, repeat, or random modes without requiring an external MP3 player or computer. The AX5000 has an LCD display screen that provides ID3 track and title information of your MP3s.
Designed to be rack-mounted, all of the unit's controls are located on its front panel, allowing for fast access to its parameters. The AX5000 has a separate input gain knob and volume output knob for each channel. This configuration allows you to have greater control over the gain structure of your signal by selecting if it is boosted or attenuated on the way into the amp or the way out. The dual three-band EQ features a bass, mid, and treble band and provides up to 12dB of gain or attenuation per band. This allows you to tune your amp to the specific acoustics of a room, club, or performance space.
The AX5000 gives you a variety of input and output options, including two 1/4" speaker inputs, two RCA inputs, or a 1/8" input for connecting MP3 or CD players. It provides stereo Speakon and banana binding clip outputs.
