RM-IP10 IP Remote Controller is rated 2.7 out of 5 by 3.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Bad Handling. Poor Configuration. Worst Price. This device costs way too much for it's low quality performance. It is touchy, difficult to calibrate, malfunctions at times (color hue goes crazy when switching through presets too quickly), and it's also Windows only administration. In order to assign the BRC-H900 PTZ cameras we have, we are required to run a windows only configuration utility (there is no mac). As a company where everyone is issued a macbook pro, I have to track down a windows machine every time I want to re-assign the camera numbers (which is every single shoot). We are now using our expensive NewTek Tricaster 8000 to boot into windows and configure this before shows. Sony, I'm never going to buy or recommend your PTZ cameras until you get out of this funk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turns the SRG 300 into a smooth operator! I ordered this to control the 4 SRG 300SE/W cameras we are ordering to Livestream and record our Worship Services. After a minor problem in the setup to get the camera and controller to talk to each other I found this controller to be a very smooth operator.
