this box ONLY SUPPORTS OLDER mac system - complete waste of time - the WORST abysmal tech support - zero information & no plans for updating drivers anytime soon - COMPLETELY USELESS (and this coming from a long time Motu DP user) - AVOID! thanks for BH and their very liberal return policy

Does NOT work with Yosemite, despite claiming OS X support

We bought two of these to use with our new Mac Pros with OS X Yosemite, based on the claim of OS X support on the MOTU product page. Come to find out that there have been no new video drivers issued by MOTU since early 2014. Tech support said be patient, we're waiting on a fix from Apple. Months and several point versions of Yosemite later there are STILL no new drivers, and their product page STILL claims OS X support, with no disclaimer. Conclusion: MOTU does not care about video. Stick with a company that does, and does not continue to sell its products with false compatibility claims.
