The kit includes two black Varipoles as well as two Triple Background Hooks with Superclamps and one each of gray, black and red Chain Sets and Weights. Is this setup fast to setup/teardown? I'm looking for a fast solution to doing mobile photo setups with multiple kinds of backdrops.
I actually did it on my own and with a ladder. First time I set it up it took me about 25 minutes without any experience. It's only gotten faster from there.

The minimum working height of the Impact Deluxe Varipole Support System (Black) is 6'11" (2.1 m). If your ceiling's height is 6'9", it would not be compatible for use with this Varipole system. For your usage needs, I would instead recommend purchasing the Manfrotto Short Deluxe Autopole 2 (2-Pack, 59-106.3"), B&H # MA432272K, along with the Impact Triple Background Hooks with Super Clamps (Pair, Black), B&H # IMVPDH3CSC, and three (3) Impact Varidrive with Black Chain, B&H # IMVPDDSBK, for your usage needs.
