Excellent Product, Inexcusable Instructions

I bought this cart after reading reviews warning about the instructions and thought, how bad could they be? The answer: bad. Shockingly bad. So bad that I considered leaving a 1-star review on that alone. The diagrams don’t match the product. Pre-drilled holes don’t line up with what the manual shows. Part names and numbers are wrong in multiple places. Two of my employees—who are highly skilled machinists—spent an afternoon trying to put this together and gave up. I eventually finished the job, but only after calling in help three or four times. For context, we run a machine shop and design/manufacture products from scratch, and even our best minds couldn’t make sense of some of these steps. That said, once assembled, the cart itself is fantastic. Sturdy, well-designed, and exactly what I needed. On product quality alone, it’s 5 stars. On instructions, it’s a hard zero. So here’s the verdict: buy it for the excellent end result, but be prepared for a maddening assembly process that will test your patience, your vocabulary, and possibly your friendships.
