This was bought as a Christmas present. I am sure they are going to like it! I have one myself. It works great for viewing all the slides my parents left me.

Works pretty well

This is certainly better than just looking at the slides or negatives on a 1x light board. And it is easier to manipulate the slides using this than it is looking at them using a slide tray and projector. It seems quite sturdy. The slides tend to stick when you eject them, though. I would have preferred the one that holds a stack of slides at a time, but it was not readily available. I was on the list for a cheaper model for some weeks, but it too was not available. I have a lot of slides to look through - we'll see how it holds up.

question

Will this viewer work with glass mounted 2 slides?
Asked by: Anonymous
I cannot answer definitively, but if the dimensions and thickness of the glass mounted slides are the same as a cardboard mounted slide then there should be no issue.
