The ThinkPad GOBI 4000 Mobile Broadband Modem (Verizon) from Lenovo is a wireless WAN-ready card supporting both LTE and CDMA frequencies. LTE data rates include 100Mbps downlink and 50Mbps uplink, while CDMA data rates including up to 3.1Mbps forward channel and up to 1.8Mbps reverse channel. This broadband modem is compatible with a variety of Lenovo ThinkPad models including the T430, T430i, T430s, T430si, and X230. Each of the compatible models must be running Windows XP, Windows Vista (32-bit and 64-bit), or Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit).
