I needed one more mic mount for a second floor tom, to flesh out my set of mounted mics from another manufacturer's kit of mics. I didn't know Telefunken made rim mount drum mics, actually. However, this one looks and functions exactly the same way as the ones in my mic kit, so I'm very satisfied. Durable, functional and does what it needs to do.
