The Genustech Matte Box Basic Kit includes the GWMC Wide Angle Matte Box, a top mounted French Flag with full assembly, an adapter bracket for 12 or 15mm support rods and a 4x4" Tiffen ND 0.6 filter. The matte box and French Flag help to maximize light control, and two built-in filter stages enable the use of 4x4" filters. The front filter stage is fixed, and the rear stage can be rotated 360°. There are a wide range of adapter rings available to fit lenses from 58 to 86mm (adapter rings sold separately).
French Flag
The top mounted French flag offers improved light control. The flag is made of aluminum with a non-reflective black finish.
Adapter Bracket
The GSP-400-038 adaptor bracket allows users to mount the matte box on 12 or 15mm lightweight support rods.
4x4" ND Filter
The kit also includes a free 4x4" neutral density 0.6 filter from Tiffen. An ND filter helps users to avoid over exposure, without compromising desirable camera settings.
