The Genustech Elite Matte Box Kit MK1 includes the Elite Matte Box, the Elite French Flag, a P Size filter tray for 4x5.65 or 4x4" filters, the Elite 15mm rod support bracket, a pair of side flags and a 4x4" ND 0.6 filter from Tiffen. The matte box and flags help to maximize light control, and two built-in filter stages accommodate a range of optional filter trays. The front filter stage is fixed, and the rear stage rotates 360°, allowing users to adjust polarizing and graduated ND filters. There are a wide range of adapter rings available to fit lenses from 80 to 121mm (adapter rings sold separately).
Elite French Flag
The Genus Elite French Flag is a foldable top flag for the Elite Matte Box. The flag is made from high-grade aluminum with a non-reflective black coating.
Elite Filter Tray P Size
The Genus Elite Filter Tray P Size is made of machined aluminum and uses a recessed, spring-lock wedge to securely hold any 4x4" or 4x5.65" filter.
Elite 15mm Support Bracket
The Genus Elite 15mm support bracket allows users to mount the Elite Matte Box on a pair of standard 15mm rods with LWS standard, 60mm center to center spacing.
Elite Side Flags
The Genus GEM-BD Elite Side Flags help to maximize light control from the left and right side of the lens. These adjustable flags are made from aluminum and feature a non-reflective black coating.
4x4" ND Filter
The kit also includes a free 4x4" neutral density 0.6 filter from Tiffen. An ND filter helps users to avoid over exposure, without compromising desirable camera settings.
