Yes but you would need to remove the clamp from the Manfrotto head first and replace it with the Sunwayfoto clamp.

Does this work on non-ball head tripods also?
It attaches to any 3/8"-16 or 1/4"-20 screw. If you have a non-quick release tripod head, you screw this directly to it's 1/4". If it has a quick release, you attach this plate to it. Be sure to get Arca Swiss plates.

can i use this for Acratech GV2 ball head?
It is arca swiss compatible. I dont own a GV2 ball head so I can comment on that. Not the quality of Really Right Stuff or Kirk Enterprises but the price is good and it gets the job done....
