Can this speed ring be used with the Ezybox I, the original Ezybox?
This will fit only in the Lastolite Ezybox II softboxes series (Octa, Strip, etc versions)

What is the outside diameter? Would this work as an Alien Bees to Bowens adapter?
I found that the diameter of this speed ring is a little too wide for the Paul C Buff softboxes I have. I ended up buying some less expensive bowens speedring adapters and modifying them to work with my softboxes.
