Souldier Braveheart Reviews
Camera straps should be gaudy
All camera straps used to look like this. The only negative is that the seatbelt strap used as the base is, well, the texture and stiffness of a seatbelt strap. On the flip side, it's durable.
Exactly what I wanted
I was looking for a strap that would allow me to sling my camera over my shoulder with my camera on the opposing hip. I'm 6' tall and this was perfect. Add on top of that 1) it's made in the U.S.--my hometown of Chicago, 2) it's made out of recycled material making it a good choice for the environment and 3) it looks nice... and you have a great choice for camera strap. Interestingly, when I think of recycled material I think of something that's been reprocessed, but the underside of the strap is just a re-used (rather than recycled) seat belt harness, unprocessed. Because of the characteristics of seat belt material it really does glide around your body when you lift the camera from your hip to your eye. It's incredibly comfortable and convenient. I really love it.
