Is this a good option to connect some SDI-6G cables? Any better alternative? Thanks
Good Question! We use these (pricey) Connectors with custom made 3G/6G HD SDI cables to connect pigtails with our Blackmagic Design ATEM 2 M/E Production Studio 4K Video Switch. These connectors are heavy duty. They look machined, not stamped. We run the Video Switch with default settings, meaning 1080i 59.94, SMPTE Level B.
