The Neutrik NJ3FP6C-B is a locking, three-pole panel mount offering a 1/4" phone jack. It's designed to provide a measure of protection in situations where accidental disconnections—of the sort stemming from shocks or vibrations—might occur; indeed, it provides a locking connection for this very purpose.
The NJ3FP6C-B can latch with mono plugs, or stereo plugs specified at EIA RS-453 (A-gauge). Sporting a D-size front panel, the NJFP6C-B fits with other D-Series parts, gives you selectable grounding options, solder terminals, and automatic locking when mating. You can only unlock any 1/4" plug when pressing the red release tag.
