This product works great. As with any product there is room for improvement but hey out of the box to set up and using took about 15 min. Most of that time was getting the OncuePrompter app set up. I would recommend that you have a heavy duty tripod that can accommodate the extra weight. I used it on three camera types already and it worked well with each of them. question

We have three cameras and I would like to have a prompter on all three but run the same script on all three of them. Will this sync to one ipad?
Asked by: Cathy K.
According to Telmax, you need their Galaxy products which come with their Zprompt software. This software can create a master feed to drive several displays. However, that software only works on Mac or Windows computers, not iPad's or tablets. The total cost may be lower in the end by not needing additional iPad's.Please see the following link for the Galaxy products available here at B&H.http://bhpho.to/1bNuYVD

hi, i want to know if can work with Sony hdc-1500r and if it needs some adjustments?
Asked by: Cesar E.
That teleprompter is too small. We recommend a larger teleprompter such as this one. MagiCue Studio 17 Prompter Package with Pro Software B&H # MAQSTUDIO17.

Does this unit still use Velcro to attach the glass to the hood?
Asked by: David
We checked the Telmax PRO-IP-EX Universal Tablet & Smartphone Teleprompter which we have on the B&H showroom floor. The Glass is not attached with Velcro. It is built into the shroud housing.

The Telmax teleprompting app is not showing up in the app store. Is there an alternative?
Asked by: Carlos
I believe it is still there. If you are outside of the USA this could be the issue and using a VPN service and setting your location to USA would allow you to download it. There are many other Ipad prompter apps that you could consider OnCue Prompter app https://apple.co/34gmYdm A good alternate is - https://bit.ly/3inGgm4

What size tripod screw does this screw into?
Asked by: Erin
Yes, a 1/4-20 would work but I don't know if I would say "standard". The thickness of the frame seems to indicate that one needs a longer body for 1/4-20 screw.

Will this work with a RED Dragon?

I have never used the RED Dragon on this unit. But this teleprompter has a multi adjustable frame and fit quite a few recording units that I had used.

My camera, a Sony A6600 is able to pick up reflections on the glass. Is there a way to reduce reflections?
Asked by: Miguel
Not an answer; want to thank Bobby. That is exactly the issue I'm having--I hadn't noticed the reflection is the box itself!!! I'm buying gaff tape and covering the entire interior as well. Thank you so much!
