The wireless 60 GHz W-HDM3D-100-SET HDMI Extender Set from Avenview comprises of a transmitter and receiver unit that support 3D and Full HD video outputs. The wireless transmission between the extender and receiver is unaffected by cell phones, RFID, and wireless 802.11 b/g/n. The 60 GHz signals have a range of 32.8' (10m), and cannot pass through walls. The 128-bit AES encryption ensures that no other devices can communicate with this extender set.
The 60 GHz W-HDM3D-S-100 transmitter wirelessly sends high-quality audio and video (up to 1080p / 60 Hz) to a paired W-HDM3D-R-100 receiver in a typical operating room. The transmitter connects to a video source (such as an endoscopic camera) via an HDMI or HDMI-to-DVI cable. The receiver can be connected via an HDMI or HDMI-to-DVI cable to a video monitor.
Up to six pairs of the W-HDM3D-100-SET transmitter/receiver combinations can be used simultaneously within the same room if they operate at different frequencies within the 60 GHz band.
