The Morovision ITTE-NEPVS14-17NHT ITT Exelis Night Enforcer PVS-14NH Kit features the NEPVS-14 Generation 3 PINNACLE Monocular, the Morovision Tactical Bag (Army Combat Uniform color), a Helmet / Head Mount Adapter, an Eye Cup, a Lens Paper, a Day Light Filter, a Demist Shield, a Sacrificial Window, a Diopter Lens Cap, a Neck Cord, a Data Record, and a Unit Soft Carrying Case. In other words, this kit includes all the standard NEPVS-14 kit components minus the head mount assembly, the brow pads, and the shoulder carry strap.

The Night Enforcer NEPVS-14 Monocular is a PVS-14 Generation 3 PINNACLE MNVD (Monocular Night Vision Device). This monocular is lightweight and single-battery operated. It features a battle-proven design with auto-gated, thin-filmed PINNACLE image intensifier tube technology as well as variable gain control, allowing the user to increase or decrease image tube brightness for greater image contrast in varying light conditions.

Designed for demanding night-time law enforcement applications, the NEPVS-14 Monocular can be handheld, head mounted, helmet mounted, and weapons mounted using the included Helmet / Head Mount Adapter, and adapted to a camera or camcorder (sold separately). The included Helmet / Head Mount Adapter (J-Arm) allows the user to position the monocular in front of either eye.

The new MTB (Morovision Tactical Bag) offers more storage and protection. The MTB is roughly 1/3rd the size of the old soft case and comes in the ACU (Army Combat Uniform) color.

The included Eye Cup prevents the emission of stray light or facial reflections. The included Lens Paper is used to lightly clean the objective and eyepiece glass surfaces. The included Day Light Filter filters excessive light and protects the objective lens from the elements, while the included Diopter Lens Cap protects the diopter lens from the elements.

The included Sacrificial Window shields the front objective optic from sand, air particles, or anything that may scratch the lens. The included Demist Shield snaps onto the eyepiece to prevent condensation from forming on the optics. This kit also includes the ITT Exelis factory-issued intensifier tube Data Record.
