Weaver Optics Window Mount

The Optics Window Mount from Weaver is an accessory used to attach a spotting scope or other tripod mountable piece of gear to a ridged flat surface like a car window or hunting blind. This optic-mounting platform has a ball head with pistol-style squeeze handle that permits adjustments on three axes. An included quick-release mounting plate with a standard 1/4"-20 threaded screw allows a spotting scope, tripod-mountable binocular, camera or camcorder to be dismounted from the release plate using a throw-lever. The two paddles that clamp to the mounting surface are padded to prevent marring and absorb vibration. The Optics Window Mount can also be used with most tripods.
