I'm afraid not. This pan bar has a connection that is specific to the Libec RH25D and RH45D Heads.

Hi, I have two libec tripods with H22DV and H38 heads, this pan handle works for both heads? or what pan handle works?
The compatible pan handle for the H38 fluid head is B&H #LIPH3 and the compatible pan handle for the H22DV fluid head is B&H #LIPH2. As these fluid heads have been discontinued for some time, the handles are no longer available for purchase on the B&H website.
