question

About how many pictures will it hold. I am scanning pictures with a scanner, both B&W and Color pictures?
Asked by: Anonymous
Every camera and scanner outputs digital image files at different sizes. Color image files can be larger in size than Black and White images would. There is not any specific formula I have to comment on your particular device. What you may do is regard one of your color scanned images and one of your black and white scanned images, and take note of the images file size. 1 gigabyte = 1000 megabytes. If for example your images are 5mb in size, then at 1gb you would be able to hold 200 images. Multiply that by 64 since youre asking about a 64gb card, and that would give you an idea of how many images you could hold on the card. In this scenario our 64gb card would then be able to hold 12,800 images.
