The Quick Release Plate for the MP-100 by Smith Victor is a replacement part for the plate that is included with the MP-100 Monopod. It is made from black anodized aluminum with a rubber cover and has a 1/4"-20 screw.

Others have mentioned, in the reviews for the Smith-Victor MP100 Monopod with Ballhead, that extra quick release plates are not offered. Though it is not listed in the above mentioned product's accessories, this is it.
This is a great product I use on my long lenses. Quick and easy to mount and dismount from the monopod.
