The Pearstone BNC Female to BNC Male Right-Angle Adapter (B&H# PEABNCB1R) will connect to one female-end BNC and one male-end BNC. As such, if you somehow have an SDI cable with a female end (extremely rare) then you could theoretically use this for that purpose if the other end of that same cable is male. However, in all likelihood (you'll want to check), both of the ends of your cable are male. For that reason, you'll need a double-female connector to connect two cables that have male BNC plugs. Here's a good option for up to 6G-SDI:

What is the ohms on this connector?
I am afraid that the exact Ohm rating of this connector is not listed by Pearstone. However if you must have 75 Ohm we have a similar angled connector from Comprehensive that is specifically rated at 75 Ohm and does not cost that much more. B&H # COABMBFRA will work very well for you.
