question
Will this work mounted on a Sony A7R / A7S to trigger a Canon 600EX-RT Flash ? Can it also adjust the flash output remotely? Thank you !
The Plus X will mount to either of your Sony cameras. You'll need a second unit connected to your flash (even the Canon 600) though. You can not adjust the output of the flash from your Sony with the Plus X. You would need to use a Canon camera and a different PocketWizard system for that.

question
How is this product attached to a flash unit that is connected to a light stand?
While the Plus X transceiver is attached to a strobe with a cable, you may use the following product to hold it in place on the stand: http://bhpho.to/1q1ATLU

question
Will I need to buy a ACC cable (CM-N3-ACC) for hooking up to a Canon 5D Mark II or is a compatible included?
If you're looking to wirelessly trigger your camera from another PocketWizard, you would need the CM-N3-ACC trigger cable (B&H # WICMN3ACC1) to connect the PocketWizard to your 5D II. If you're simply using the Plus X as a transmitter to trigger other PocketWizzards (flashes), you don't need cables; the PocketWizard would just need to be on the hot shoe of your camera.

question
I have a Nikon D3200 and SB700 speedlight. I am new to remote triggers. So basically I am asking, do I just attached this to the camera and then the SB700 is automatically triggered? Or do I need to attach something to flash?Does this support TTL, or will the flash have to be in manual mode?
To use the PocketWizard PlusX Transceiver to trigger the Nikon SB-700 Speedlight Flash off-camera, you would need two (2) PlusX Transceivers; one on the D3200 camera as a transmitter, and one connected to the SB-700 (via the PocketWizard HSFM3 Flash Sync Cable (3'), B&H # WIHSFM3) as a receiver. The PlusX Transceiver is not capable of automatic i-TTL flash exposure. As such, you would have to set the output power on the flash manually.

question
Will Pocketwizard PlusX work with all new profoto lights as well as elinchrom and is it compatible with their high speed sync functionality?
The Plus X Transceiver can trigger Profoto strobes which have an intergrated Pocket Wizard receiver such as the Acute 2R system or Profoto and Elinchrom strobes that have another Plus X transceiver attached to them. The Plus X does not offer high speed sync.

question
Are these compatible with Profoto and if so, do I need to order any other sync cords?
Yes, the Pocketwizard PlusX is compatible with most of the Profoto line. You will need a PlusX for each Profoto and one for your camera. It comes with a sync cord with adapters so you can use it without the need of other sync cords.Note the PlusX is a manual sync so it will sync the strobe, but it is not TTL or have the ability to change power from the camera.

question
Can you transmit from the camera (with out using the hot shoe) to two off camera flashes? I want to put an on-camera flash on and have the option to use it or not to use it yet have the other two off-camera flashes trigger.
As long as your camera has a PC sync port, you could hook up the Plus X to your camera with the included PC cable instead of using Plus X on the hot shoe. If your camera doesnt have a PC sync port, you would need to purchase a hot shoe adapter with a PC connection.
