We are not aware of this working for negatives. We do not recommend it either.

Is this safe for matt screens?
Yes, you can use this on a matte screen but I wouldn't spray directly on the screen. Apply to the microfiber cloth then wipe the screen. And as always, check with the manufacturer of the screen to be absolutely sure.
