Everything you need to set up a flash system for underwater photography is here in the Inon S-2000 Lighting Set from Fantasea Line. The set includes an Inon S-2000 Strobe, a Fiber-Optic Cable Kit, a Wireless Connection Kit, a Blue Ray Single Tray, a 12” Flex Arm, and a Fantasea Pro Bag. For mounting the strobe to the flex arm, the kit also comes with an Inon connector known as Connector IN.
The compact S-2000 Strobe from Inon gives you effective illumination for shooting in difficult lighting conditions at depths up to 328' underwater. It features a guide number of 66' at ISO 100 in air, or 56' with the included -0.5 White Diffuser. This diffuser also widens the flash's regular 105 x 95° angle of coverage to a circular 110 x 110° beam. The S-2000's color temperature is approximately daylight-balanced at 5500K, or 5400K with the diffuser, allowing it to restore rich natural colors that get absorbed by water. Four AA NiMH, alkaline, or lithium batteries provide power and yield 450-670 flashes. Additionally, the strobe offers S-TTL Auto, TTL Auto, and 12-step manual exposure modes, with a built-in EV controller allowing for fine adjustments in S-TTL Auto mode. It's capable of functioning as a wireless slave unit triggered by the camera's flash, thanks to the supplied Wireless Connection Kit, or as a wired unit via the included fiber-optic cable. The S-2000 is compatible with a wide range of cameras and compact digital housings from Fantasea, Olympus, Canon, Panasonic, Fujifilm, Sony, Nikon, and Ikelite.
The Blue Ray Single Tray serves as a rugged base for mounting your camera encased in its underwater housing. It is compatible with underwater housings from Fantasea, Canon, Fujifilm, Sony, Olympus, Sea&Sea, Panasonic, Ikelite, and others. The versatile 12” Flex Arm mounts beside the camera on the tray via the C1 connector, which is compatible with the T1 connector on the tray. Once you attach the S-2000 strobe securely to the polycarbonate arm via Connector IN, you can maneuver the flash into many different positions with ease, enabling various creative lighting effects.
Accessories for maintenance and safe operation of the strobe are also included in the package. You can conveniently store your compact underwater photography system in the supplied Fantasea Pro Bag, which is padded for safe carrying.
